Project Overview
Innovative redesign for demanding process conditions

Problem
Our customer requested a redesign of a critical module located directly above the wafer. The new design had to ensure exceptional cleanliness, facilitate maintenance, and withstand both high temperatures and aggressive chemicals.

Solution
We actively involved the customer throughout the process, beginning with nine initial design concepts. Three were advanced to concept design, and one was ultimately selected for preliminary and detailed development. A prototype was then built and validated in collaboration with the customer.

Result
The complete process, from initial concept generation to a functional, validated prototype, was successfully completed within nine months.
